Do you have a park map?
Yes

Can we choose our site number?
While we will do our best to accommodation requests, sites or cabins cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change without notice, due to factors beyond our control.

Is your caravan park pet friendly?
Sorry we are not pet friendly park.

What is your Office opening hours?
9am to 6.30pm Sunday- Thursday. Friday 9am till 7:30pm.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2pm for cabins & sites. Check-out is strictly 10am for cabins & 11am for sites.

Do you allow late arrivals?
Guests arriving outside office hours must contact park reception during reception hours on 03 57721735 to make alternate arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Off-Peak Season: Deposits will be refunded less a $20 Administration fee if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 14 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not notify the Park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10.00am the following day of your scheduled arrival, then your bookings will be cancelled without any refund.

Peak Season: Deposits will be refunded less an Administration Fee of $30 if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 21 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10.00am the following day of your scheduled arrival, then your booking will be cancelled without any refund to you.

No refunds are made for early departures or for cancellations due to weather conditions.

What facilities are available nearby?
You will find a small selection of shops, 6 kms from us in the town of Alexandra, including Food Workers supermarket, Newsagent, Bakery, Pharmacy,  pizza, fish/chips and serval Hotels for dining in meals.

Do you have cabins as well as caravan sites?
Along with our caravan and camping sites, we have a wide variety of 1/2 or 3 bedroom villa accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

If staying in a cabin do, we need to bring our own linen?
No, we provide all linen/bedding/towels all beds booked.  Please bring your own pool towels.

What size are your sites for caravans, motorhomes, big rigs, and camper trailers?
We have a wide range of powered and unpowered sites, some right on the river for caravan and camping. Please check with the park to ensure you book the right size site for your requirements. All sites on the river must be reserved in to, as all tow bars must face the road.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?
No.

Is a dump point provided at the caravan park?
Yes our dump point is located near the games room.

Can we wash our car?
No.

Do you have noise restrictions?
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum when using BBQ's and the camp kitchen. No noise is permitted after 10pm. Please call the park number (on the front of your park map) to speak to the Night Manager on duty, if noise persists in your vicinity after 10pm.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use and how much does it cost?
Yes we do in all of our amenities blocks. The machines operate on $1 and $2 coins and it is $4 for a wash and $4 per approximately, 30 minutes use of the dryer.

Do you have BBQ facilities?
Yes, free of charge. We just ask them to be left in a tidy manner once done.

Do you have a camp kitchen?
We have two camp kitchens, including, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and microwave.  One near the playground and the other outside the games Room. Guests should bring along their own cooking gear and utensils. Please leave the area in a tidy manner once done.

Do you allow fires?

We allow fires from April to November without restrictions.
From 1 December to 31 March CFA Restrictions are enforced. So see reception staff as this changes daily.
We do hire fire drums, or you can bring your own. All fire drums must be 300ml above the ground, have high vertical sides and not drop coal.  Fires must comply with current Park Requirements & CFA regulations always.
We do not allow chainsaws, axes or tomahawks in the park at any time.

Do you have internet access?
We do not have wi-fi access.

Do you have a kiosk or shop onsite?
Our shop stocks a selection of sundry items, including ice, gas swap & go, alcohol and ice creams.

What facilities do you have for children?
There's plenty to keep the kids entertained, including a giant jumping pillow with shade sails, children’s playground, swimming pool ( solar heated), pedal go-karts, mini golf, tennis court and games room.

Do you allow bikes to be rode in park?
We do, children & adults riding in park must always wear helmets. No bikes to be used after sunset in the park.

Do you have a pool?
Yes, we do, which is solar heated. No lifeguard is on duty; therefore, children must be fully supervised. Food, glass, and alcohol is not permitted in the pool at any time.

What are your tariffs?
Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer season months you are looking at higher rates and long weekends.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We are part of G’Day Rewards, which includes a 10% discount (up to $50 per stay). Cost to join or renew is $50 for 2 years.

What if I need assistance out of hours?
We have Night Manager on duty. Please call the park number on the front of the park map provided at check-in and the phone will transfer to them.

What credit cards do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard.
